He holds a bachelor's degree in technology from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, Surathkal and a post graduate diploma in management (marketing) from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. Utham Gowda entered the seafood industry in 2018 with Nekkanti Sea Foods Limited, where he developed the idea for a multi-species, multi-geography platform. Over the next few years, he honed this idea, drawing on learnings, which included managing its proposed IPO. Prior to that, he was associated with O3 Capital Global Advisory Private Limited, Kriscore Financial Advisors Private Limited, and Tata Strategic Management Group, a division of Tata Industries Limited.
Barath Shankar Subramanian
He holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, Rajasthan and a master's degree in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. He was previously associated with Frost & Sullivan and is currently a partner at Accel Partners India LLP.
Mathew George
Mathew earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also cleared the Uniform Chartered Public Accountant examination by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy and is a certified internal auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors. His professional experience includes executive roles at Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited, HCL Technologies Limited, Jumbo Electronics Company Limited (LLC), Cognizant Technology Solutions U.S. Corporation, Genpact India Private Limited, Sea Trucks Nigeria Ltd, GE Capital International Services, and Accenture.

She holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Madras and a master's degree in science (chemistry) from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Further, she has also completed a course on leading organisations and change organised by Emeritus Institute of Management, Mumbai. She is currently associated with Sutherland Global Services Private Limited, India and was previously associated with Microsoft Corporation India Private Limited, and NIIT Technologies Limited.
Anil Berera
He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Delhi. He has passed final examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He was previously associated with Whirlpool of India Limited, Gillette India Limited, Becton Dickinson India Limited, Indian Shaving Products Limited, Avon Beauty Products India Private Limited, and Price Waterhouse & Co.
Durgesh Kumar Singh
He holds a bachelor's degree in technology (mechanical engineering) from Govind Ballabh Pant Krishi Evam Praudyogik Vishwavidyalaya, Pantnagar (formerly U.P. Agricultural University), and a master's degree in industrial engineering from Mississippi State University, Mississipi. He is currently serving on the board of Coforge Limited as the independent director.
